Ahh! You are so awesome!!

I am 19, 5′1, and 150 pounds. I’ve recently been really discouraged about my weight because everyone in my family is lighter than me, and it’s not really helping my self-esteem very much. Not to mention, my BMI shows that I am pretty overweight. My goal is to get down to 120 pounds by the end of the year. I enjoy exercising, but I don’t exercise as much as I’d like, probably around 30 minutes to an hour of cardio a week. And a half hour walk or two. Hope you can help!

170 lbs. – lots of belly fat

I too have cut out dairy. I’ve also cut out chicken, or any meat. In doing so, I feel soo much better. My problem is I overeat out of boredome & loneliness. My weight for the longest time was 130, now it is 170. And I feel AWFUL!!!!!

Activity:i go every other day i go to a local gym on the stationary bike for 30 mins and walk on the tredmill for 15 mins
Medical problems: i do have a major medical problem which it pulmonary hypertension and i do have a medical condition and iam on meds for that

I would love for you to provide a general plan/program. I’ve been jogging and eating healthy but i still haven’t lost much weight. Here’s my info:

Weight: 159 lbs.
My Activity: either Jogging for about 30-45 min. or hiking for about 1 hour and a half 3-4 times a week
No medical problems. My goal is to lose about 20-30 lbs. Please help me:)

Can u pleeeeez help me achieve my goals? I know i might be too young to be worried about weight and health, but in my opinion, its never to early.

my activity: low – 2 to 3 days a week, about 30 min each day. Walk, jog and taebo. I used to do it 5 days a week, was in WW and kept the weight off but I have since gained it back and I’m struggling to lose it again.

2) Trader Joes is my LIFE! Its a 5 minute walk from my house so I go there a lot…. and get their goat cheese, and lots of veggies too lol!
3)And i love an apple with pb… I had this feeling you would say that when you first brought them out!

Now that volleyball isn’t in season i became really inactive i walk a least an hour a day, but i want to get back in shape and i want to stay in shape for next season. I need to be able to run a mile in 7 minutes for next season which is at the beggining of the school year. Also I want to lose weight but i don’t want that to be my main goal
